Welcome to Handmade Enchantment. By accessing or using this website, you agree to comply with
and be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you
must not use this website.
2. About Handmade Enchantment
Handmade Enchantment is a small UK-based business specialising in handcrafted jewellery,
including personalised and bespoke pieces. All products are created with care and attention to
detail by Rebecca Williams.
3. Ordering & Payment
- All prices listed on the website are in GBP (£).
- Payment must be received in full before an order is processed.
- Orders are accepted subject to availability of materials. If an item cannot be fulfilled, you will be
contacted and offered an alternative or a refund.
4. Personalised & Bespoke Items
- Personalised, custom-made, and bespoke jewellery items are non-refundable and non-returnable,
unless faulty.
- Customers are responsible for providing accurate personalisation details.
- Once a bespoke order has begun, it cannot be cancelled.
5. Non-Bespoke Returns & Refunds
For non-bespoke items:
- You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the item.
- Items must be returned unused and in original condition

- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.

- Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned item.

6. Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives faulty or damaged:

- Notify Handmade Enchantment within 48 hours of delivery.

- Provide photographs as evidence.

- Faulty items will be replaced or refunded depending on availability.

7. Shipping & Delivery

- Delivery times may vary depending on product type and destination.

- Handmade Enchantment is not responsible for postal or courier delays.

- Customers must provide accurate delivery addresses.

8. Product Variation

Due to the handmade nature of items, slight variations may occur. These are not considered faults.

9. Intellectual Property

All website content, including designs and images, is the property of Handmade Enchantment and

cannot be reproduced without permission.

10. Privacy Policy

Personal information is used only for order processing and essential business operations and is not

sold or shared with third parties except when required for delivery.

11. Limitation of Liability

Handmade Enchantment is not liable for:

- Loss from misuse or incorrect care of jewellery

- Allergic reactions

- Delays outside our control

Liability is limited to the price paid for the product.

Return and Refund Policy


Returns & Refunds Policy – Handmade Enchantment

1. Overview

Handmade Enchantment creates handmade jewellery with care. This policy outlines when returns

or refunds may be accepted under UK consumer law.

2. Personalised & Bespoke Items

Personalised, custom-made, or bespoke jewellery is non-refundable and non-returnable unless

faulty. Once work has begun, bespoke orders cannot be cancelled.

3. Non-Bespoke Items

Customers may cancel non-bespoke orders within 14 days of receiving the item. Items must be

unused, in original condition and packaging. Refunds are issued within 14 days of receiving

returned items.

4. Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty. Tracked postage is

recommended.

5. Faulty or Damaged Items

Faulty or damaged items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photos. Depending on

the issue, a repair, replacement, or refund may be offered.

6. Incorrect Personalisation

Items with incorrect personalisation provided by the customer cannot be refunded or replaced.

7. Non-Returnable Items

The following cannot be returned: personalised items, bespoke jewellery, earrings (unless faulty),

and sale items marked non-returnable.

8. How to Request a Return

- Name

- Order number

- Reason for return

- Photos if faulty

9. Refund Processing Times

Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item. Refunds are issued to the

original payment method.
